They offered me to interview for a position to which I didn't apply for. After warning them I wasn't filling all the requirements specified on this job offer esp regarding the experience, they insisted for me I do the interview with the director and that it would be a simple chat. It turned out to be a proper interview style with the director asking me one question after the other; which was overwhelming and uncomfortable at the same time since it wasn't a proper conversation. When I dared to ask back a question the director instant reaction was "are you interviewing me now ?" which clearly said a lot on his management style. Few days later I got a negative reply and feedback saying in a real harsh manner I was lacking experience for the role. To sum it up : total waste of my energy and time.

First Hr then someone from the Team after that a person from the hq team based in Switzerland after that another team Member and sometimes Hq again, finally the brand manager of the brand that you Are interviewing for.
