They have panel interview which consist of the unit staff and then hiring manager. They want to see if you will be a good fit in the team. Every person will ask questions and the difficulty varies.
They went on an initial phone call and asked why I wanted to work for sutter. Then they talked about my experience and asked about what experience I have. They got to know a little about me and why nursing
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.

The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
