The process took around a month, and it consisted of two rounds of interviews. The first round was the usual phone screening. The second round was a video interview that focused on how my experiences demonstrate the skills that they are looking for (leadership, teamwork, etc.) The process was great; the internship coordinator takes it serious and she is organized and timely. You are also asked for location preferences during the interview process.

Phone screening with Director, Panel interview with dept Manager and Director, and at last HR recruiter calls to offer job. After, you will have to go through the background, physical, and drug testing.
