I attend interview for the role non voice process as direct walk-in. They didn't even mention about their interview process . first they separate the people's who all are come to attend the interview and for my group they conducted a group discussion round but they prefer every should tell atleast one point for the given topics. And then they took nearly 3 hours for announcing result who all are selected for the next round. The next round is like one-on-one round , even they didn't ask anything they just ask about the salary, shift timings like that.

The interview mainly checked our communication skills. Beyond that, I wasn’t sure about the process, so I just tried to respond with whatever answers I could manage in the interview

The HR was very rude. She behaved badly. This situation made me not go with the process. Assessment test always showed error code. No assistance from assistant hr. So I had to log out of assessment test.
