the interview started with a telephonic discussion followed by a face to face discussion with 3 different rounds. The HRs were professional. The interview was well organised. They completed all process including issuing id cards, joining formalities etc., same day which is really good. The only difficulty though was dealing with the crowd. You need to build patience to be able to wait for long hours. Other than that everything was smooth and well organised. I would highly recommend this company to work and learn. They have good process in place to train freshers in a planned way. I thoroughly enjoyed working here.
