nterview process had 3 rounds of interviews including 2 technical rounds and 1 HR discussion round. The overall interview process was good and very well managed .The interview panel was arranged from UK over the bridge and were very clear understanding on the requirement and answered all the questions on the prospective projects.

Friendly and not threatening. Interviewers were all very nice. Had two behavioral interviews (culture fit) and two that were more job/functional related. I got an offer relatively quick after a few weeks.
Interactive discussions at all levels of interview. Language proficiency is the one that is being looked and the scalability. Sutherland is a great place to work and will really benefit from working here.

The interview process is lengthy for some positions. Less polities in the selection and basically it totally depends on skills. The really focus on change management and communication. problem solving skills and showing the right skills is the key to be hired
