Interview process was smooth and easy. First call was from HR after completing an assessment, which you can schedule yourself to your convenience. Then second was to schedule your second interview with a manager on Teams. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Hiring processes was easy and accommodating.

The interview process at Surgical Notes was very relaxed and straight forward. The managers were friendly and seem genuinely interested in making it feel like a conversation between colleagues. This helped to alleviate the nervousness that one typically experiences during a job interview.
