      Entrevista

      Applied, 2 interviews, and computer tests, interviewers ar sups on the floor that do hiring, first being contacted by a recruiter for a screening, fairly simple process and friendly staff, overall decent place to work and easy interview, interviewer spent alot of time asking tech questions, such as simple networking & trouble shooting, also to scenarios as well as experience questions, 1st interview is a recruiter, second floor supervisor, not sur if it has changed.

      I applied online and immediately received an email asking me to set up an interview time. the next day I had a recruiter call me at home. He was very upbeat and friendly. He asked me questions like, "Name a time when you had to deal w/ an irate customer. How did you handle it?", "How would you tell someone who has never used the internet to connect their wifi?",'In your own words, what is great customer service?". I can't remember them all but I do know that he asked a lot of technical questions about the internet obviously. Also, you have to be in front of your WORK pc during the interview. He had me look up the weather in some other country and to google a few more things-mostly just questions that require you to do some research. When he was finished he said that he would be in touch. An hour or 2 later he called back and told me I had been selected. He gave me some basic info about training which takes 6 weeks to complete and you do get paid for it,$8.50 per hour. By the last 2 weeks of training, Nesting, we were taking live calls.

      Entrevista

      The interview process required a computer test and a video interview. The computer test was not difficult for a person with adequate computer skills. The interview was nice and easy to talk to. The interview process was fast and hired me immediately.

      Interviewed and got offered the job the same day. I had to run software on my computer to make sure that my system complied. I was asked a variety of questions on experience.
