The interview process was little long but very well paced and communication was excellent. It was thru video calls and I went thru 6 interviews from HR all the way with the CEO. After the initial call with HR, the next two were very technical with questions about software development specially about my current position. 2nd Interview went smooth with technical questions about my job and experience then the 3rd was with a very experienced Engineer and did not go well since I was not able to answer some very technical questions. However, felt awkward, I was invited to a 4th and 5th interviews with the Engineering Manager and the Chief of engineering. I got very excited because both interviews (behavioral and experience) went very well to the point that my final call was with the CEO. But that was a very short one, he had no interest or was in a rush to get into another meeting, probably knew at that point I was not the chosen one since his answers on my company and technology questions were short and fatuous. In summary; the communication was great, It was a sequential process, all of them were very professional but I think it was weird because I did not pass the 2nd technical interview and was invited to 3 more, where I had very pleasant and long conversations, with managers but did not land the job.
