      Entrevista

      Incredibly professional and smooth from start to finish. Met with execs and team members who provided honest input and painted picture of what life working there would look like. All appointments were on time and there was no run around chasing people down. Met with 8 people total over the course of 4 weeks and lead recruiter served as main POC who kept me updated on things in a timely manner. Skills are important but so is cultural fit and exhibiting the corporate values.

      Entrevista

      HR screen -> Hiring manager chat -> Virtual onsite (consisted of around five interviews in total with people at varying levels of the company and included a presentation of a take-home assessment) -> Culture screen with a person outside of the hiring department -> Any final questions with hiring manager -> Offer stage. While thorough, the interview process was very well organized and did an excellent job in terms of giving me insight into the culture of the company and the team and role. I really like that I was able to chat with people on the team I am on and teams I would be working with cross-functionally. Also, HR did a great job organizing the interviews. The virtual onsite is a big time commitment and is near impossible to do in one day due to busy schedules. They easily scheduled the onsite across two different days. This was nice, too, because I didn't get interview fatigue in any one day and felt fresh and excited to chat with everyone. All-in-all, the process was a time commitment, but I felt the time was really appreciated and valued by the members I interviewed with. I also liked that Grammarly does some unique things of their own to ensure not only the talent fit is there but also the culture fit. It was one of the most enjoyable interview experiences I have had.

      Pregunta 1

      There was a lot of time dedicated to going through my resume and previous roles within companies. This was used to really gauge my level of self-awareness and culture fit. Grammarly takes culture seriously, which is felt throughout the interview process and is something I really appreciated. Most questions were focused on marketing, analytics, experimentation, and situational questions around how I've handled circumstances with people I have managed before.
