The whole interview process took around a month, but was well organised and not stressful. There were around 5 levels including the background check. Recruiter, future colleagues and managers were professional, involved and overall just nice and positive people. The way Grammarly (Now Superhuman) conducts their interviews provides a full understanding of the position and company values.

Despite the number of interviews, the overall process has been completed quickly and with informative feedback along the way. It's been great to get to know so many team members so early in time, as it allows you to get a genuine insight into the company. I felt truly taken care of during the whole process and received feedback after every step. People involved in the process make a great effort to ensure that the team and the candidate are a match.
