Leadership in particular came off as erratic and ungrounded, more like a self-proclaimed visionary than someone with actual experience or a clear plan. Another red flag: the interview was surprisingly easy. There were no meaningful questions, no assessment of skills, and no attempt to understand my background beyond the surface level. It didn’t feel like a real vetting process at all—more like they were trying to sell me on joining rather than evaluating whether I was a fit. Overall, the whole experience felt disorganized and hype-driven. I left with the impression that the company is guided by someone out of their depth, relying on buzzwords instead of substance. I’d recommend asking very pointed questions and paying attention to whether they can answer them directly.
