At the end of the call, she asked me to send my CV, which I did promptly. Then she completely ghosted me. I followed up about 10 days later but got nothing back. It’s a bit disappointing, especially since they initiated the contact. If it’s not a fit, just say so. A rejection email takes 30 seconds to do if not completely automated. Hard to know if this is a recruiter issue or a sign that the hiring process isn’t very organised, but either way it left a bad impression.
