I was contacted for a phone interview which went well. It was concise and to the point. That was followed up by an in person interview. Everyone was very professional even with a hiccup and then a technology glitch that interrupted everything.

Manager called on separate occasions to discuss the offer. Was told to complete background checks and was ghosted. What was the point of wasting someone's time? Bad hiring practices. Not sure I would recommend.
