Contacted via email to set up phone interview. Gave dates of availability and after several reminders of when the interview would happen, finally received a call. Had a phone interview which lead to a video interview and then another video interview and after that I was ghosted. No follow up and the status of my application says Unreviewed. It is really disheartening when you go through all of these steps and to be told your interviews are so good only to be ghosted. It is a waste of time for both parties especially for the candidate who is really trying to obtain full time employment. This company simply does not care. There is a severe lack of diversity in their HR department above the Onboard Specialist role. Also it seems like a company that tends to hire majority millennials. Tread cautiously.
