Stay away! I had 6 interviews over the span of about 2-3 weeks. I had an interview with a recruiter, the recruiter's manager, the manager at Sunbelt, the team, the director, and finally the manager again. I was told by everyone that I interviewed well and was a strong contender for the position. After I had already gone through whole the interview process I waited about a week for the recruiter to tell me that Sunbelt decided to give the position to someone inside Sunbelt after the person decided at the last minute they wanted the position. When the recruiter found out what happened they told me that something like this has "never" happened and the recruiter also thought and told me it was political reasons why they went with someone else. I specifically asked TWICE for any feedback about my interviews with everyone and I received ZERO feedback. Sunbelt forced me to go through 6 interviews, told me I did great during the process and I would hear back, then at the last second decided to go with someone inside for political reasons while giving me NO feedback. To have someone go through this process and end it like this is incredibly unprofessional and disgusting.
