Applied for job online, received call to set up interview time. Interviewed with district and regional managers. I came in at the selected time and talked about my experiences that led up to my decision to be in the room interviewing for this position.

Facilitaed my schedule and met with me after hours. Had several small interviews and then a group interview. Gave a tour and run down of position, met with several current employees and was able to ask them candid questions.

Entrevista
Interview was set up in different stage's. First a meet and greet with the GM and then a panel interview with hiring manager, GM, and some other senior leaders. Then we toured the facility and met several very competent employees.

They were very thorough with their questions. The one question they asked me, that I answered quickly that they had trouble with other candidates and that was, what is the number one thing I would make sure of if I was offered the position?
