They called for an interview and me an assignment to complete. I applied for the post of Content Writer. I completed the assignment and sent them again. After that they called me for f 2 f interview. All rounds are cleared, they the TL of content team told me that there are minor mistakes in you content and actually they are only 3 4 mistakes. He told me to edit the content and then sent me. I did, i edit the blog and sent them. After that the HR started ignoring my calls for 4 5 days. After 5 days he emailed me that you are rejected. This is their business they called the candidate for interview. Complete their work from candidates and also edit that then reject them. Dont trust them.

The interview test basically consists of three to four rounds. First: Formal intro HR - explaining about yourself, education and the experience so far. Second: Written Test - Basic grammar related questions and a small write-up on random topics like gadgets, vacation, experience etc. Third: Ops Round - Prove your worth to the company. How are you a perfect match for them? Final: Written test to check your typing speed, grammar, thought process, imagination and more.
