Entrevista
After applying for the position online, I was invited to participate in a testing session. The test consisted of multiple sections over various subjects including mechanical aptitude, math, science, logic, and reading comprehensive. Each section was timed, and had various amounts of questions. After passing the testing, i was invited to an interview. The interview was conducted by a group of various employees, including two unit supervisors, two hr personnel, and two process engineers.

Entrevista
Panel interview of 5 people including HR lady. "Tell me about a time when" type of questions. Which also consisted of three production managers and the Safety manager as well as the HR manager.
