Lengthy process, took 2 rounds of interview. HR Dept took long time to convey back the status. HR Dept is very good in terms of explaining the interview process and the job description. They make you feel valued and give good briefing about the company legacy and policies.

Phone interview. I didn't receive a call and waited for some time before calling HR to find out what happened to my scheduled interview. Apparently they had an incorrect number but on my application online, it was correct. It got rescheduled for the next day, but when I logged on again to my application it showed a "declined" status, which was quite distressing. I believe from that point onwards, I wasn't considered an applicant. I made the interview aware and the call was brief.
