Applied for the position online through corporate website. Got a call from the HR Coordinator about 1-2 weeks later to schedule phone interview with HR Partner. The HR interview lasted about one hour and spoke about my resume in length along with why I want this position, and a lot of behavioral questions. Two business days after i received a call from HR Coordinator again to schedule an in person interview with the Reporting Manager. Interview was scheduled later that week and was much more laid back than the phone interview. A lot of behavioral questions and questions about your style of leadership but at the same time a lot of small talk as well trying to get to know you as a person. Once that interview was over, I was told they would get back to me within a week but 2 business days later again, the HR Coordinator reached out to me schedule a 2nd F2F interview with the Reporting Manager's Boss (Director). came in to speak with the director a couple days. more of high level, strategic, leadership styles, problem resolution type questions. was told that the decision would be made within a day or two as the director was going on vacation. I never got a call the next day which i gathered meant i had not gotten the job and sure enough early the following week the reporting manager would-be called me and said they had gone with the other finalist. a week after the call the reporting manager had sent me an indepth email providing feedback on my interview which i thought was really cool. overall, interview process was very quick, great organization to work for, really wanted this job. oh well.

3 interviews, recruiter, manager, VP. Wa dragged out even when they knew there was another job offer on the table. They were not willing to negotiate pay or vacation time

I applied through Jobstreet. I was scheduled for an interview but TA didn't advise me that it will be a panel interview, 7 Managers to be exact! I passed the initial interview, passed the HR Hiring interview, passed the Senior Manager Interview then I got my final interview with the Director. The schedule was every week. It's been more than 2mons since I had my initial interview, been more than a month since my final interview and no update since. I sent a follow-up message to the TA but I was told to wait. It's been two mons!

1st interview with recruiter by phone followed by 2 interviews with 2 interviewers each time. Very dry culture. The process was long, several weeks between interviews. After the final interview I never heard anything. Found out via their candidate website that my candidature wasn't selected. Terrible practice.
