Disorganized and confusing interview. Just finished it. Contacted by email after applying. Asked to fill out form, but no link to it was attached. They did not reply when I asked about it, but rather sent a new email acting as though I had ignored the first. Scheduled an interview. Had a hard time understanding the interviewer overall - not a native speaker and he seemed to struggle to express what he wanted me to do. I didn't actually code at all during the brief 30 minute interview, but rather opened up codepad.io and began writing comments about how I would implement finding the longest palindrome in a string. He didn't seem to want me to write any code to solve the problem, though this wasn't well articulated. Overall very awkward and painful.
