I found this position on LinkedIn. After applying I received an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview took about 25 minutes. I was told that the management would get together and decide who to select for an on-site interview within a week. After not hearing from them for two weeks I called to hear if they had made a decision yet. They told me it had been busy and that they would make a decision the following day and give me a call. I did not hear from them for another two weeks and eventually received a short email from them saying that they had found someone already.

The process was very streamlined and handled extremely professionally by HR. An initial phone screening was completed followed by two round of interviews and within a couple weeks an offer was made, which I accepted. I would still credit Summit with an overall positive interview experience even if I had not received an offer.
