The interview process was fairly standard. Be prepared to do a pre-trip and test drive. Once an offer is tendered be prepared to submit to a drug screen and physical (including a physical agility test). When asked to tell them about yourself they do not want to hear your life story, tell them about what kind of employee you will be and what you will do for the company. Including quantitative results from past employment would be a nice touch (Safely hauled 250 tons of material daily).
