I was referred by another employee. I had one interview. You don't have to dress too fancy, but mind your manners and try to give a good impression. It is best to be knowledgeable and be able to demonstrate your ability to be a self starter to the interviewer. Don't talk about others you past worked with, concentrate on what you can do best and what you can do to make things better.
