The interview process provided great insight into both the company and the department I was joining. Suffolk definitely cares about its people, both professionally and personally. Everyone involved in the interview process took time to sit down and discuss the company values and ask insightful questions about my skills. The interview process was thorough and allowed both Suffolk and myself to ask all relevant questions prior to my first day.
