Orientation right away if hired, no interview. At orientation you decide what location you want to work at. Right away get assigned to a location and discuss schedule. They right away tell you who your manager is.

They asked me if i had experience in food handling and Food Handlers Certificate is required. They also asked me to fill out a hire packet.
Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.

Fun and friendly interview. Made me feel comfortable. Very knowledgable and could answer all my questions. Didn't get the job but felt okay about it. I still go to Subway a lot and love their sandwiches.
