was interviewed by two managers, asked questions about past jobs/experiences, they told me about the job position and responsibilities, they asked me to tell them about myself, etc etc, what skills I had to offer, how good I would be under pressure (due to them being a high demand restaurant), after the 1st interview I got called back the next day for a second interview, after second interview I was told I would get a call if I was hired, which I did receive a call back and started to work the following week.
