El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Subway (McKinney, TX) en feb 2011
Entrevista
Went in and there were 5 other people. Manager asked us to tell a little about ourselves. The lady at the first table started, and it seemed to go down the line in order. However just when it was my turn she announced that me and the other applicant were too "shy" and asked us to leave. I didn't know it was a cage-match to the death interview or I would have bulled in there and interrupted the other applicants.I guess my 20 years of restaurant experience wasn't enough,as I was too "SHY" to talk to customers. Don't be polite and wait your turn or you won't even get a chance to speak.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
