Entrevista
Submitted my application in-store, and was called a few days later to set up an interview. The interview was with the Store Manager. There was a coach of some kind there to oversee as well -- probably from HR (I think the manager was fairly new.)
The interview itself consisted of a bunch of stock questions about various things. I don't remember them all in detail, but they varied from basic questions about service to just "getting to know you" questions. I was told later by someone that they were selected from a large list of questions from the company. Things like "Who are some of your personal heroes?", and my personal favorite -- "If you were a super hero, what super power would you have?".
Most definitely the easiest interview I've ever had. Nothing to get worked up over.
My impression is that they just want to get to know you a little. The job itself is easy and requires very little prior experience, and they just want to make sure that you aren't insane.

I personally don't remember any difficult questions.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
