Smooth interview process. Very communicative and responsive even though i didn't get the job. Mostly phone communication prior to interview and after, i received an email with the decision. All in all it was very pleasant and i would interview again if given the opportunity.

What makes you a better choice for Subway than other applicants?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
