Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process

They were in need of various employees therefore I was scheduled an interview as soon as I applied. I was iinterviewed by phone since she didn't have to interview in person. She was polite, but stern. Being bilingual is a must for this subway location therefore she asked me various questions in English and Spanish.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
