I applied online and got a call the next day. They basically called everyone who was 18 or older. They must not have really looked at the application much because it was clearly stated that I had no previous experience and that seemed to be a deal breaker during the interview. I waited 2+ hours for my turn just to be told I had no chance. They were very rude and didn't even ask me any of the questions they asked everyone else.

What makes you think you are a good fit for Subway?
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
