Had to take an online quiz and then was invited for an interview. The interview was pretty standard, what to do in unexpected situations, how you would handle seeing a coworker steal, how you react in stressful situations, how would your friends describe you. There was also a written portion. This included more questions and some simple math problems. I got a call later that day to let me know I got the job.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
