Didn't even get an interview. The store was so short staffed and on the verge of being shut down that I was only asked maybe 3 questions and began working the next day.

15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.

Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.
