Applied online, received a call the same day. Scheduled an interview for the next week. The interview was very straightforward with standard questions about transportation and availability, the owner was very nice Took a simple math test and was told I would hear back if I was chosen. Received a call the same night.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
