Entrevista
I had two interviews with this company, and everything was going well until I had an interview with the hiring manager. As soon as they realized I was from a specific conutry, they wrapped up the meeting in just 15 minutes. After that, I got rejected. They didn’t respond to any of my emails afterward, and that’s when I realized what the issue was and the kind of people I was dealing with. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Phone screen. Requested VoIP call, interviewer tried to reach me on my cell anyway. Interviewer was agitated when we finally got the call going.
Interviewer expected me to have done research about the company, while I expected the interviewer to introduce the company.
Interviewer was concerned about wasting their time (which they explicitly told me -- funny, since there was zero concern for my time).
Interviewer offered to reschedule the call, so I could research the company on my own. I asked for salary range, was told 24k-48k/year and we agreed not to pursue the matter further.
Some gems:
#1
Me: It's important that I can focus, are your offices open space?
Interviewer: Everyone is in the same room.
Me: Even sales?
Interviewer: Yes. You'll have to deal with it.
#2
Me: You are using Javascript at the front-end? Any frameworks?
Interviewer: We are using Node.js on the front-end.
Me: That doesn't seem right.
Interviewer: We are using Node.js on the front-end.
Then some of the usual HR memes that I'd expect have died out already, but apparently didn't like: "talk about your strengths and weaknesses", "we only want people who are enthusiastic about working here" (excited apparently means willing to work for minimum wage).
Conclusion - avoid if you have any other options at all. If they treat you like dirt even before you work there, how are they going to treat you when you do?
