The interview process was professional and welcoming. The interviewer created a friendly atmosphere, which helped me feel comfortable. I was asked a mix of scenario-based and experience-based questions related to customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork. Overall, the conversation flowed naturally and allowed me to explain my skills clearly.

It was good overall, there were two interviewers. The manager and the assistant manager. They went back and forth asking questions from my experience to my hobbies. At the end they also asked me what type of super hero I would like to be if I could choose. It was very chill.
