Emailed for a phone interview with the training manager. About a 30-minute interview. Said it was to be a casual chat, but it moved pretty fast and was pretty formal and businesslike.

3 Interviews: recruiter, hiring manager, and then group interview with hiring manager, teammates, and manager's boss. Pretty straight forward, standard questions, normal experience. Felt friendly and welcoming. After hiring, the recruiter handed me off to the HR team who handled things from there. I wish there would have been more communication from the managers involved instead of dealing with only the recruiters and HR folks. This distant feeling lasted through onboarding and in still going.
