Went through a few rounds of interviews and had to do a test and give a demonstration. I saw a review on another site talking about how that interviewee did the same and never received a response, and I should have listened and not wasted my time. The interviewer said they would get back to me within a week and never did. I sent a thank you e-mail after the interview as well as two follow up emails about a week apart and didn’t hear back at all. Even a simple copy and paste rejection e-mail would have been a nice courtesy considering the deliverables asked for during the interview process. I wouldn’t work for a company that interviews someone three times and asks for deliverables and doesn’t send a simple follow-up. It certainly makes me wonder how they treat their clients.
