Entrevista
The process started with an online 60-minute analytics test. Depending on the results, follows a 1:1 interview with the HR Manager. This interview was a friendly conversation, in which the Manager tried to understand whether my profile is a match with Stuart. The enthusiasm and care of the interviewer was clearly a reflection of the company's attitude and got me very excited to get the job. The next interview was a 1:1 with the Country Manager and the conversation was much more job-focused, with some behavioral questions and past experiences overcoming challenges. The final step is a case study resolution with a 5-people panel. The HR sent me the questions and I had a week to prepare a presentation to answer them in a structured way. Each member of the panel made a few questions to test real-time reaction. In general the atmosphere was positive which allowed me to relax and do my best.
