Multi stage that starts with an initial phone screen. They follow that up with a Gallup questionnaire that is supposed to help evaluate you along multiple dimensions - motivation, work style, thought process etc. They claim they do not use that for hiring decisions but somehow it feels like that questionnaire plays a pretty big role. Once you pass that round you get to panel interviews.

Applied via a job site.
A recruiter from one of Stryker's offices e-mailed me to setup a screening call.
During the screening interview, she gave a decent idea about the role, the location, and asked questions about my prior experience and the reason to look for new opportunities.
Her questions and answers gave me a good feeling about the company.
This was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager described the position and asked a few questions about my prior work. She also let me know that they do a Gallup Strengths test for all candidates to find out their strengths and talents.
I did some research on the Gallup test and did a practice test (on my own).
After a long pause, I was called for an on-site interview.
On-site interview was back-to-back conversations with 5 individuals. Some questions were open-ended and some direct Agile/Scrum questions with a good bit of questions about my prior experience.
