This interview was a second interview with a Stryker recruiter and hiring manager. I'd say it was very casual but I would practice your responses and speak fluently. They want longer answers but I wouldn't ramble.

Ask you if you love winning more or if you hate losing-say hate losing. They ask for proudest accomplishments and where you will be in 5 years.
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good

Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
