Initially rejected within 24 hours of submitting an application, happen to speak with a recruiter who has worked with them before who then connected with the CPO about my profile, was advised that they were disappointed that the team had ruled me out so quickly and was quite impressed with my profile. They first requested a Gallup assessment, which they then proceeded to decline my profile again for not meeting expectations as apprently from this Gallup psychometric assessment I was found to "Not see projects through to completion". Which I and my previous managers would completely disagree with the assessment, having led and been responsible for delivery for a number of key initiatives and projects. I would not recommend!
