Initial brief phone interview with questions about background.
Second interview was in person with two people present. Questions consisted of work experience, schooling, why Stryker, why you think you would be good for the position, etc.
Gallup interview was one tough cookie. Waited two weeks two receive and email stating they went with another candidate.

-Are you good at persuading people? Give me a time you persuaded someone to do something they didn't want to do?
-Do you defy limits? ( interviewer could not elaborate on type of limits ethical, personnel, etc)

Entrevista
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
