This was a contract position, so I was not required to take the Gallup test at the time. I only have 1 30-min phone interview with a potential co-worker. Was offered the position the next day. Entire process was about 1 week, to schedule the interview. But this is very atypical of Stryker since this was a contract job, not full time employee.
