since they try to get people with the same "leadership" attitude through this Gallup psichological profiling method, what you get instead is a bunch of dominant, manipulative and insulting people trying to step over each other's decisions and judgement. People also work extremely hard and some barely have a life because of the unrealistic goals their bosses set forth...and for the extremely poor pay that they get, it's totally not worth it!
