I had a initial telephonic interview with the HR person. It lasted for around 40 minutes. All were behavioral questions with many of them requiring an example to substantiate your view.
Some of the questions were like
How competitive are you (Scale 1 to 10)
Do you think you should be liked at work?
What does 'team' mean to you?
What does customer service mean to you?

simple it went pretty smooth. They just asked basic questions to get a gist of what you’re talking about and just about who you are. Stay alert and stay focus.
There are four stages of interviews. First is with HR, second is with hiring manager, third takes place with a third party company that gives you a personality test and last is an on site interview
Straightforward interview process, asking about my background in validation, process engineering and more. No trick questions. Need to be able to sell your background as a fit for the role and the company
