Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en Stryker
Entrevista
Initial interview had about 20 rapid fire questions as a personality test. Stryker wants a specific personality type working for them; it was nervewracking during the questioning. Some questions were like, are you an organized person or disorganized? Type A or Type B personality? Etc. They tell you to answer honestly because, really, if you don't have the personality they want you wouldn't want to be working there. Then the next type of questioning (if I remember correctly) was about a product the interviewer placed in front of me and I had to describe its function, how to test if it worked, etc.

Do you like to take leadership or are you more of a follower?
show, several rounds, mostly behavioral. one with recruiter, one with hiring manager, personality test, and final round with 4 different people. overall process took about 2 months. if you know your stuff, you'll be fine.
30Min screener call with the local department manager. Asked standard interview questions with nothing out of the ordinary. Allowed minimal time for questions at the end of the call. Second interview to be on site with multiple staff members.

Infuriating Experience and Lack of Transparency
Application
I applied online, the process took 3 months.
Interview
The interview sequence involved:
A phone interview with HR.
A subsequent interview with the hiring manager.
A Gallup personality test.
A take-home assessment.
A technical interview.
The questions during these interviews were primarily based on the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format and were quite direct.
1- Rescheduling Without Notice: The hiring manager was late to the first interview, after I emailed them asking whether we would be able to interview as agreed, they said they rescheduled it and asked whether I hadn’t received an email. The fact I received the rescheduling email after I emailed them. It gave me the impression that they completely forgot about it and had to reschedule.
2-After the first interview with the hiring manager, a technical interview was scheduled. Just a couple of days before the interview, I got an email saying that they had to postpone the interview for 2 weeks.
3-In the first interview with the hiring manager, I was informed that the position is not in Ireland but in France (something the job listing did NOT mention). I told them that I require visa support for France but not for Ireland and they assured me it would not be a problem. After this I did the Gallup test, completed a take-home assessment wrote a report on it and did a 1-hour technical interview. 2 weeks after the interview (3 months into the process and 1.5 months after the first interview with HM) I was told that they can't support my work authorization.
I invested considerable time and effort only to be played with. If I were to be told that someone else is a better fit I would not be nearly as upset at this outcome. Even though I stated clearly that I did not have the proper work permit, they lured me to waste 1.5 months of time and effort.
This series of events not only led to a considerable waste of time and effort but also highlighted a significant disregard for clear and timely communication regarding essential job requirements. The experience was particularly disheartening as it seemed they were leading me on, despite knowing my visa constraints. I don’t think I could ever work for Stryker after this bitter experience.
