A straightforward, fair phone interview that was friendly but professional. Most difficult part of the interview was the one sentence response section. The interviewer would ask a question and you had to find a way to respond in one brief sentence. As soon as you ended your sentence, the interviewer would ask the next question, without any response to the first answer which made it difficult to gauge how i was doing. I was allowed to ask questions at the end so i could get a better idea of the position and the company which was very helpful.
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good

Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
